The doTERRA Wood Oils
I recently had a client email me with a question about wood scented oils. She had bought a couple (not doTERRA) that were unpleasant to her olfactory system and she was looking for some new suggestions. Gosh, did she come to the right place! I’ve put together a list of all the oils that are listed as doTERRA Woody, meaning they have a woody scent attributed to them.
Although she was looking specifically for a “nice cedar, a deep woodsy pine, etc.,” I’ve sourced ALL the oils that have the woody aromatic description in them. Some oils have other descriptors mixed in, so read carefully. If you want the smell of the forest right out of the bottle the firs might be a good place to start. If you are looking more for a sweet / woody mix try Balance blend. (It happens to be my flavor of the moment!)

Hi Laura! I’ve been diffusing white fir and bergamot lately and love it! Also, I have been putting drops of juniper berry in my water for its health benefits. Thanks for the post, I love woody oils.
