My Essential Oil Breakfast Recipe

I bet you didn’t know that essential oils can be used in your breakfast routines!
Here’s my yummy breakfast routine that I eat almost daily to help me stay slim, feel full, rev my metabolism and help curb snack eating before lunch!
Recipe
- 2 scoops Slim & Sassy Trim Shake Powder (I use vanilla flavor)
- 1 scoop Ground Chia Seeds
- 2 scoops Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 cup of Siggi’s Skyr Yogurt
- Mix it all together
- Enjoy!
