The Practice
Try saying this 30 days in a row.
Think of someone specific and say it with them in mind.
Recite the words in conjunction with an energy healing practice, such as Reiki.
The possibilities are endless!
A Buddhist Prayer of Forgiveness:
If I have harmed anyone in any way either knowingly or unknowingly
through my own confusions I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way either knowingly or unknowingly
through their own confusions I forgive them.
And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive
I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle myself,
judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusions
I forgive myself.

Beautiful prayer, without forgiveness, we can’t grow, be as kind to ourselves and others, I do believe! Thank you for your sharing. Sherry B
Lovely sentiments, Sherry. Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment. Many blessings!
Thank you for the “Buddhist prayer of forgiveness.”
One of my students sent me this prayer in her language. I wanted to make sure that I understood the prayer correctly. There it was. Perfect.
So glad it could be a reference for you to check Ms. BE. OM.
