Greetings, greetings to you all. We are the Council of Light and we welcome you here in this day ever ever, so bright. We are happy to see that you are so happy and we are joy-filled to feel your joy when you gather together in these experiences of like-mindedness for your harmonic energetic frequencies.

You are Divine Light beings much like ourselves. Although we come from a source that is closer to Source and you come from a source that is related to humans. We are separated by that. We do not come from Human Source. We’re here to guide you, and to counsel you and to help you grow on your continuum’s of learning and your continuum’s of lifing and your continuum’s of joying and concerning. We offer you advice and we give you guidance along the way because as humans, you have yeas and you have nays and both are okay throughout your lives. And without the nays, you don’t learn how to appreciate the yeas. And so both are needed.

And we’ve told you this before in many of our past messages, this is not new to you. But we counsel you in this way so clearly through this voice box of this woman here, who is effervescently and diligently letting us come through her voice box for almost 13 a year. It’s a blink of an eye for us, and for her it’s just over a decade.

What does a decade really across the span of a lifetime? It’s nothing. It means just a tiny drop in the bucket and what is a decade to us? It is but a tiny infinitesimal spec because we are of the infinite. But we say that to you just to gauge the sense of time. So that you understand how much capacity has passed while we have shared over and over and over again with humans repeatedly on the Earth plane.

What is it we would like to share with you today? Well, we will tell you that it is a great joy to be with you and to express to you clearly that you are of your own energy stations.

And very frequently, we see humans that are knocked off your centers, by others around you, and it’s very easy to get knocked off your centers.

You are participating in conversations with people that are of negative quality lower base vibration, and you start to feel that negativity or that lower base vibration. It doesn’t have to necessarily have to be that you’re arguing, or you’re upset, it could be that you are gossiping or talking in a negative way about somebody else. And you feel that negativity start to come into you.

You also consume a lot of negativity in your technology feeds. So, the shows that you watch on TV are rampant with violence. It is shocking to the rest of the spiritual realm ow frequently you watch yourselves beat yourselves up on your TV shows. And lucky for us and lucky for you it’s not real. It’s dramatized. But it’s very dense and dark, and scary. And we don’t understand why you like that so much. But it also leaves you sort of numbed out and feeling like you are sort of empty inside when you watch that repeatedly.

Your news channels, your news feeds, your newspapers, your radio feeds consume you with a lot of dire messaging around the globe. There’s always hardship and there’s always suffering and there’s always pain. Yes, that’s part of your experience of being human and living a life on the Earth plane. But it doesn’t always need to be the focus.

You could choose to have 30 minutes of stories of joy and helpfulness and kindness and abundance and fruitfulness and blissfulness, but you don’t. And we’re confused by that because that joy and that blissfulness and that abundance and that fruitfulness is all around you.

So we put these things out to you, just a little tiny bit to illustrate that there is a lot of imbalance there that you’re navigating through on the Earth plane. And it’s nice for you to notice when you’ve been knocked off your center.

Do you know what your center is? Your Center is your authentic, pure, true, vibrational quality. It is the essence of you that is pure that came before this lifetime and will exist after this lifetime.

It doesn’t do discordance. It doesn’t do drama. It is neutral and moving forward climbing ever higher on its Echelon of Enlightenment evolvement.

And so, you understand that for yourselves. There are times let, us just put a little star here next to what we are about to say, because the group that we speak to in this community is very in touch and in tune with yourselves. You are some of the folks who cultivate being in tune with your centeredness on a regular basis and we appreciate being able to speak to you in this capacity. So, when we say “you” of the colloquial, we mean most human beings that are sort of numbed out in their lives. And that’s not necessarily all of you. But we bring these lessons to you as thin slices for you to check in, re harmonize, recenter, rebalance, reground, yourselves and the like. So, you are authentic Zen, Joy, light effervescence, expansiveness, bubbly sparky-ness, neutrality, drama-free.

And you experience that in your lives, every once in awhile, or some of you quite frequently, you do things like your nourishment of your foods that are very nutritionally dense and support your vitality of your cells, and your mitochondria, and your blood and everything in your muscle structure to optimize itself. You cleanse your mind. You take the time to release the crushing thought forms that are constantly streaming through that head of yours. And you also move your bodies and you do nourishing things in what you call “exercising ways” to support your bodies in staying healthy.

So, you understand the centeredness. Now, it’s really important for you to remember to start to notice when you’re not in the centeredness, “Oh, I’m not in the centeredness. I’m talking with my three best friends during my lunch conversation and somebody starts discussing a story of something that their boss did at work last week that they didn’t care for that was drama-filled, that was judgmental, put upon that was dat-da-da-da-da-da.”

And you can begin to notice, “Oh I don’t need that information. That is of a lower quality in my life. I can check out. I can excuse myself from the table and I can go to the restroom. I can stop listening and I can eat the beautiful blueberries that are a part of my salad and I can mindfully roll each one through my mouth and experience the taste of the blueberry as it bursts on my tongue.”

I mean you can check back into the conversation when things have shifted into a more vibrantly, light-hearted, positive space. Or you can also begin to say, “Hey you know, I’m not a really interested in drama as of late, or I’m filtering negativity in my life, and if you don’t mind, you guys can feel free to talk about that, but I’m going to bow out for a minute.”

And when you do that, when you take a risk to say, “Hey, thanks, you do what you need to do but I’m going to check out”, you invite others to notice that they have become suppressed with their vibratory frequencies. And you also are modeling for them that they have the ability to come back into harmony with themselves.

Isn’t that nice?

You’re giving yourself a break and you’re all so lovingly helping the people around you that you care about to step into that same space with you.

Now, we recognize that for some of you you’re not quite ready to practice this yet and then for some of you even still, this is a new concept for you. That’s totally fine.

We don’t expect all of you tomorrow to rush into conversations and start bravado mastering this. But it’s a way for you to begin to notice when the vibrational frequencies are not as optimally optimized as they possibly could be for you.

So, take what we say and listen, internalize it. It will mull around in your mind. Let it get stored in a file and then pull it out again another time. Think about it some more. Wonder about the relationships that are always filled with the kind of energy that we’re discussing now, and begin to notice that there are other people in your life who have energy qualities that are not that kind of heaviness. Gravitate towards them.

Find the colleagues that you work with that bring you joy. Enter into friendships with people that are always seeking to be the best versions of themselves. Be in right relationship and in harmony with your family and your loved ones. So that the unit can be abundance, joy, kindness, and love on that Earth. Because as we’ve said to you many times before your earth needs that frequency ever so desperately.

Some of you might not be ready yet to make those moves and some of you might be wondering, “Yeah. But how do I snap out of it, when I’m always in it?” or “I feel like I want to be on that frequency of loving kindness that you’re speaking of here, but I’m always slipping into a space of what I call negativity.”

Don’t beat yourself up over that. For you see, the first step on any journey of learning, growing, maximizing and alkalizing is noticing. And so, for many of you, you will be in a noticing stage for quite a while. Oh, I notice that I’m not in harmony with myself. Oh, I notice I’m in judgment. Oh, I notice I’m watching or consuming negativity.

That’s okay. It might be awhile of just noticing that because when you notice, there is opportunity to step into other. And that is the practice. Step into the other. Step into the other. Step into the other. You see what we’re saying?

Consider it a gift every time you’re not in the light-filled, pure, loving, kind, joyous vibrational frequency that we talked about today because then you get to practice stepping in. And stepping in. And stepping in. And the longer you practice, the more you begin to notice, “oh, I’m stepping in for longer”, or “wow I went through a whole conversation with my friend who likes to dat-da-da-da-da-da-da about random stuff and I didn’t have to engage. Wow, that was really an accomplishment.”

Or, “wow I notice that I’m interfacing with my partner in a different way now. I’m not as drawn into their drama when they come home from work and they have to spill all the chaos from their day on the dining room table, I can just observe it. I don’t need to be right there in it with them. Oh, that feels nice.”

Slowly over time do you begin to step into and practice moving forward into consistency of joyfulness for self, consistency of lightheartedness for self, consistency of loving kindness for self.

And then what happens?

You begin to live that frequency. You always are in that joy, in that light, in that kindness, in that serenity, in that peace and you live that so much that you become that frequency.

And then what happens when you become that frequency? You begin to attract that and send that like vibrational waves out around you. The frequency of love and light and peacefulness and harmony and happiness and clarity and kindness finds you in others that echo you around the globe. Those folx show up in your life because they are attracted to what you are sending out as your signal. And then you gain unit power because you’ve amplified each other and subconsciously you’re vibrating kindness and peacefulness and joy and happiness wherever you go.

And so, you’re walking down the sidewalk and somebody walking in the other direction just notices, “wow, that person had great energy” or the friend at work who you are work friends with says, “I always feel great whenever we have lunch together, you’re just amazing!” Or the person in the store who’s dropped all their things and they’re trying to scoop it all back into the basket says “Gosh, thank you so much! That was really kind of you!” And they feel so tenderly touched in the heart that humans are good when you pause to help them put their things back in their cart and you don’t have any reason to stop doing what you’re doing.

Your loving compassion for yourself and your desire to be a place of joy, a frequency of love and a beacon of light will serve humankind day and night, through and through. And it will always serve you.

And in this moment as you listen to these words, it’s a reminder for you. It’s good practice. You practice your meditation. You practice your body movements. You practice your yoga. You practice your craft that you call your work so that you can grow and become more and more and more proficient at your expertise.

It’s okay to practice this too. You know it on a rational level. You understand it with your mind thought-forms. It’s a concept that’s easy to understand. And yet when brass tacks come down you say, “but I don’t know how to live it.”

Well, we just told you. You don’t automatically step into it and become it 24/7. That is not attainable. You practice it by noticing when you’re not in it. And then you have the opportunity to step back in. What a gift you give yourselves. Kudos to you and bravo for trying. It’s okay when you fall off your wagon. It’s okay when you fall down. You get back up and when you get back up, your resiliency is that much more expanded. You don’t hurt as much when you fall down again because you will fall down over and over and over. It is practice for you humans.

It is just like when babies learn how to walk. First, they learn how to sit and rock. Then they learn how to crawl. Then they learn how to stand and whoops, they fall. Whoops, they fall. Whoops, they fall. And they don’t get mad and stay sitting on the ground forever. They keep that innate yearning, that desire to keep moving forward, that desire to keep growing and going forward. This is that way for you, too.

So don’t think about it as something that is stuck and stagnant. Think about it as something that is linear and moving forward, at the same time. Rising higher and higher like climbing rungs of a ladder.

You are able to practice living in harmony. You are able to practice living in joy. You are able to practice living in peacefulness. You are able to practice living in your centeredness. You are able to practice living in your calmness all the time. So that eventually you become that as your osmosis Avatar.

You understand who those people are, by the way. You know who they are, whether you have personal experience with somebody in your life or a group of them in your life, that you know, or you see them from afar or you know about them from your social media or you see them in the Celebrity Status wherever they are. You identify with someone or a group of someone’s who are living that joy, living that frequency, living that calmness and living that peace all the time.

Consume them. Drink from their cup. Be all about them.

That’s how you remember to become that. That’s how you remember to step into that. That’s how you remember to emulate that. That’s how you remember to practice that for yourself all the time.

If you begin to filter your intake of information, like we were discussing in the very beginning of today’s message, there’s so much lower base frequency, vibrational energy out there that you are automatically blindly consuming and aware of and letting into your field.

Take stock. Edit. Delete. Unfollow. Stop watching. Stop listening to all the stuff that is endlessly vibrationally low. Maybe those crime drama shows on TV don’t really affect you in the moment and they don’t bother you and they don’t give you nightmares but, if you watch those kinds of shows every Tuesday night for 10 years, that energy seeps into your vibrational field and it weighs you down. So just begin to notice where you can tweak and where you can edit and where you can begin to move that kind of frequency out. Shifted ever so slightly.

Doesn’t it feel better in this moment being in this vibration of awareness? Don’t you feel light right now? Don’t you feel loving kindness in your heart with your frequency? Don’t you feel the pure vibration that we are talking about here?

We’ve called into your being a remembrance of your essence. You are touching base with your purity, with your clarity, with your truth, With your authenticity that came before this lifetime and it will be after this lifetime and you can connect with in this lifetime. This lifetime’s body is not who you are, this is the shell.

Your essence is your soul, your vibrational frequency of light harmony. And it’s moving through this lifetime to have experiences so it can practice. And also so it can have joy. There’s a lot of Joy on this Earth plane with all the things that you can smell and you can touch and you can see and you can taste and you can feel and you can hear. There’s so much stimuli that is beautiful and wonderful there.

That’s why you keep coming back to have all these experiences of lives so that you can keep learning. So you can keep trying, so you can keep practicing, so you can get back up every time you fall. And every time you get back off your that much more adapt, your that much more clear. You’re that much more poised. You’re that much more graceful.

You learn from the last time you fell down. And when you fall, it’s things like lessons. Like letting go of negativity, letting go of toxicity, letting go of unkindness, letting go of untruth. Moving into frequencies of openness. Moving into frequencies of vitality. Moving into frequencies of maturation. Moving into frequencies of joyfulness 24/7. It’s such a wonderful experience that you get to have practicing, being human. All, all, all of you. All, all, all the time.

We have so much fun watching you and helping you as you grow and as you learn lessons and as you move forward. It’s really nice that you get to gather in these kinds of groups because even though you’re not physically together, you are connected. You have an energetic frequency that has rippled out and has banded itself through all of you that are listening to us right here now in this way. And it is so powerful.

Let us do a little exercise with you now. Take a nice deep breath into the center of your being and hold it. And now exhale and out and expand it out into the room where you are, that’s space where you are, that frequency of loving kindness. All of you together is now in that space with you. It feels so good.

Let’s do that again. Take another nice deep breath into the center of your being and hold it. And know send that energy out faster and farther beyond the walls of the dwelling space that you are in now into the harmonic vibration of the neighborhood where you reside. Oh, that loving kindness that you all have created is spreading itself out like water, like tendrils of a vine, like the beautiful wind channels that flow ever so carelessly through the neighborhood. Beautiful.

And let’s do it one more time. Take a nice deep breath into the center of your being and hold it. And now this time, exhale it out and feel it connecting with all the rest of you wherever you are like little pinpricks, dots of light, along that Globe. You’ve now connected yourselves across that whole earth plane, all of you on all the continents that you inhabit.

Joy, love, kindness, peace, hope, happiness, completeness, balance, stability, calmness, Zen, centeredness. It’s all right there and you all created it. You’ve tapped into it, you’ve grown it, and you’ve networked it out. Nice job. The world is a better place because you simply think, notice, become, repeat.

It’s that easy. There are lots of spiritual gurus out there on the earth plane that have wonderful ways of helping you to get into that centered space and you practice those things. Some of you have prayer practice. Some of you have meditative practice. Some of you have yogic practice, and the like, so on, and so on, and so on. They are all wonderful. Do them. Lean in very heavily to all those things that help you be in this space and in this frequency all the time.

We don’t come here telling you our method is the only method. We come here to remind you that you have multiple ways of plugging, in multiple ways of being in this frequency of love. Do them as much as possible. Make that your mission in life. Always return to the frequency of loving kindness. Always return to the frequency of calmness and centeredness and joy. Everyday, make it your mission to have that be a touchstone that is the drumbeat of your lives and you will live happy and successful lives.

There. We have expounded upon this enough today. We will leave it there with you. Thank you so much for listening to our words.
