Greetings to you, all you bright blessed beings there on that Earth plane. We are the Council of Light and we’re so glad to be here with you once again.
For you see, we come to you all the time day and night in and out of your dream states and your meditative states and your harmony states. And we invite you to be in this conscious state, now, as you listen to us with your ears from this external position, as we enter into your thought forms, and we enter into your mind. And we also enter into your energetic frequency forms. It’s a nice opportunity for you to hear what we always have to say. We expound upon text and messages and give you wisdom teachings, but it’s also an opportunity for you to cleanse and clear your vibratory frequency.
We come from a place in the universe that is really vast, and really large, and ultimately pure. And when we come to visit with you, as humans, we are cleansing, and we are clearing, and we are shifting, and we are moving out any of the stuck and stagnant energies or vibratory frequencies that are of a lower base nature from your energetic capacity while we speak to you.
So it’s a very calming, very peaceful, very relaxing, but also very nourishing time for you in this 30 to 40 minute respite that you’re taking for yourselves. You have other ways that you take respite for yourselves. And we note that a lot when we come to speak to you because you are awake to your own sovereignty of peacefulness and calmness. Many of you have body movement practices. Many of you have auditory practices, chanting or prayer or mantra. Many of you have exercise practices and dietary practices that are really beneficial for your bodies. And you know how to enter into your peaceful, calm states in those different practices.
We here today, offer our words of wisdom along with the gracefulness of our vibrational purity purification frequency as another option in your tool boxes of your wellness and your spiritual and your sacred and your Divine lives.
We are thrilled always to come through in these messaging formats because we’re speaking to the choir, so to speak. We’re speaking to the folks who are awake. We’re speaking to the folks who understand the framework of the messages that we have to say. We’re speaking to the people on the Earth plane who understand the sacred Vibe. And we don’t have to convince you that what we say or who we are or where we come from is a real thing. You intuitively, instinctively, habitually know that this is a reality for you.
Now, some of you might be introducing yourselves to us for the first time listening to what we have to say in these formats, but you understand it to be a real opportunity and a real experience that you are moving through versus someone who is completely out of the framework of spirituality or sacredness or connection with the Divine. So, it’s refreshing for us to speak to humanity in this way.
We take great joy and great comfort and great pleasure at watching you as you move through your lives. Some of you have very stressful lives. Some of you have very busy lives. Some of you have very full lives. Some of you have very balanced lives. Sometimes you experience pain. Sometimes you experience sorrow. Sometimes you experience hurt and hardship and stress.
And there’s been a theme that we’ve been sharing with you over the last 18 to 24 months of being caught in this cycle of a squeeze because of everything that has happened to your globe, and how it is important for you to continually nourish your systems. Nourish your connectedness. Nourish your vibrational purity so that you don’t get stuck in the cyclone of spinning in circles, always feeling disconnected and stressed. We’ll also note that in the last week or so, your Globe has yet again, been rocked by tumultuous times between personalities that are not getting along.
We come from a vibratory frequency in the Ether that doesn’t have conflict like you are experiencing. We’re sort of an energetic frequency rather than an entity or consciousness with individuality. We do have individuality in terms of each of us as Souls that can split off from this larger group called The Council, but we come to you as a conglomerate of “we” to make it easier and we don’t have the relationship struggles that you experienced there on the earth plane.
And when you feel them so intensely, we notice that it’s very easy for a lot of humans who are witnessing the intensity to feel like you are knocked off your centered, spiritual sacred self beingness and it’s always important for you to strengthen your inner capacities. It’s always important for you to return to the peacefulness of your Zen sanctuary. It’s always important for you to return to the breath work and the heart mind work of sovereignty, sacredness, calmness. So that it begins to emanate out around you in your vibratory fields through your places of work, through your places of worship, through your places of dwelling with others in partnership and relationship. So that it begins to filter through like a network, a web of light vibration. So that it begins to reach those that are in deep crisis when they need it most.
You are very punctual and very task-oriented as a human race. You are driven to do. And one of the ways that you do, during times of great crisis, is to donate time, energy, money, items. And the other thing that we would like to propose here is that you donate your peacefulness. You donate your calmness. You donate your Zen. You donate your prayer practice to the world around you, especially during heightened times such as what you’re living through now.
Because when you do, you are creating a vibratory frequency of harmonization of uplifted-ness on that Earth plane. The frequencies of hardship bring down the energy of the earth. They are lower base vibrations, and it’s very easy for other humans witnessing those lower base vibrations to get sucked into them. So, please do yourselves a favor. And as you move forward over the next days weeks, months of any type of energetic, stress, vibratory frequency of sandpaper in your lives, whether it be what we’re talking about right now or anything that is individualized to yourselves, return to the practice of centering. Return to the practice of grounding. Return to the practice of calmness, of your breath work of your beingness with your own bodies.
Because that is a frequency that then trickles out and like we said before it acts like a network and a web and it spreads itself over the entire Earth. And so, you think you are living far apart from each other on all your continents, but you are connected by an energetic grid and it’s like a telephone with string or wire where when you sit in your peacefulness and your centeredness and your Zen space, it connects to the thread or the wire or the network of the other person somewhere else on your globe that is doing the same thing. And the two of you hook and link into the same energetic connection. And you strengthen the love. You strengthen the peace. You strengthen the groundedness. You strengthen the clarity of what it is you are seeking for yourselves and you help to perpetuate that out around you, like a pulsation, like a light flash, like a vibratory hum. A frequency.
Now, we will be very clear in telling you that there is not one way that is correct for you to do this. All of you have different belief systems and language constructs for how you connect with your sacredness and the Divine around you, inside of you, outside of you. You have different Faith structures that teach you how to do the things that you do. It doesn’t matter. All of it is good.
There’s such diversity in your humanity, and that’s so intriguing and interesting to us. You all have these different entry points, these different layers, these different lenses for how you enter into the sacred constructs of your Divine connections.
So do whatever it is, that makes the most sense for you. On a daily basis, from moment to moment. It doesn’t matter. They’re all arriving at the same point of Zen. They’re all arriving at the same point of calm. They’re all arriving at the same point of groundedness, of blissfulness of happiness, of joy.
The greatest service that you can give to your fellow humans when there is crisis is your joy, your calmness, your peacefulness.
Thank you for understanding that. Thank you for taking that in. Thank you for receiving that.
And thank you for doing your due diligence in the coming days, weeks and months. Again, like we are talking about with this specific instance, or with any of the individual strife’s of your lives.
It takes practice, we know, and your egos like to be involved very much. So they like to pop off, they like to make judgment, they like to compare and they like to feel all the vast feels and yet you can let them do their thing to the side. So that your soul essence can abide by the calmness and the centeredness and the Zen.
When you come to a mindful approach to how you live your day to day lives and you navigate through your digital arenas, and your physical arenas, with the same mindfulness, with the same alertness, with the same awake approach to centeredness, then you become strengthened in your vibratory frequency and the catastrophes that happen don’t rock your world as intensely as they once used to. They are still catastrophes and they still do need to be accessed and supported and moved through. We don’t mean to negate them or belittle them in any way. But your reaction to catastrophe doesn’t have to be this large swinging arc from one extreme to another. You don’t have to be laid out, completely flattened and bowled over, like a ‘Mack truck hitting you in the face’ as the woman who we come through the voice box of likes to use as an analogy for when energy feels really intense. Yes.
So, you are doing it now. You’re here with us and you’re pausing from your day-to-day scripts and your digital awareness and your routines of functioning in your societies.
And you are recalibrating. You are re harmonizing. You are centering and grounding and your energy is settling. It’s not so rough around the edges. We can see this as we speak with you. It is clear because you have an energetic vibration that we see with our eyes. Some of you humans can see it as well with your naked eyes. But most of you cannot. Although, you can feel when your vibratory frequency feels frayed around the edges and you can feel when it feels contained and whole and tight and right balanced nourished.
Some of you might need to reflect on it a little bit and you may have inklings of these two juxtapositions, while others of you dial in exactly and you know immediately what we’re discussing. But you all are aware.
The more you give yourselves permission to be peaceful in your mind, the more the world becomes peaceful outside you. The more you give yourself permission to be loving and kind in your hearts, both for yourselves and to your networks of people around you, the more the world becomes loving and kind. It is really quite simple and yet, it is vastly profound.
So in this moment let us do an exercise with you. We love to do exercises with you while we come to talk to you. Let us have you each think of someone who is near and dear to your heart. Someone whom you love unconditionally, who brings you great joy and who loves you back.
It could be a human being. It could be an animal. It could be a spiritual deity of some kind that you feel a great strong connection with of loving-kindness and healthiness.
Bring that person into your mind’s eye and welcome their feeling, welcome their vibration, welcome their connection into your heart center. Feel as your heart center begins to warm, begins to grow, begins to pulsate with loving kindness for that entity.
Now what you’ve just done is create loving kindness in your energy field of your heart and you’ve sent it out, unknowingly into your frequency, your auric field, your other self presence and it’s now taking up space on the Earth plane.
Take a nice deep breath into the center of your being.
And when you exhale, send that loving-kindness out, farther into the space where you are residing right now.
Breathe into the center of your being very deeply again.
And exhale even farther out past the walls of wherever you are sitting or the energetic frequency of the boundary if you’re outside from where you are residing now.
Bring another loving-kindness deep breath into the center of your being.
Exhale out into the community around you, that loving kindness.
Bring in a deep breath into the center of your being again.
Exhale it out into the community larger radius of about 10 to 20 miles around you.
Notice as it filters through other dwellings, other institutions, other buildings, other structures, other cars, other natural spaces. And that loving-kindness begins to pour through all of those places.
Take another deep breath into your being.
And exhale it out into your townships, into your counties, into your cities, into your States, into your municipalities.
Breath in yet again.
Send that loving-kindness out into the country that you live in.
Breathe in again.
Send that loving-kindness out through the rest of the communities and countries and bodies of water, that surround your space that you reside in.
And begin to notice now that you are linking up with other people on the Earth plane as they breathe out this loving kindness.
Let’s do it again.
Exhale so that your loving-kindness reverberates around the entire Earth. Washing through the whole globe from pole to pole and around the equator covering, liquid- izing, painting, smoothing. Loving kindness for all of humanity. And see yourselves as great network connectors, above it in a way, and yet part of it.
Look down as if it’s a looking glass that you get to see the Earth through and notice the different people in their communities, and different places in the world. Feel how they’re going about their daily lives or their sleeping-nesses right now. Notice how they’re shifting ever so slightly into a harmonized state. Notice now how they are ever so much more touched and tender in their heart centers.
Because you as a collective Consciousness have sent your loving-kindness that’s come through your beingness out into your communities and you’ve connected with each other as a web. And you have immersed it in to the world at large.
Now, here’s another interesting thing that you have just done by participating in that experience.
You’ve begun to change the frequency of your own vibration. You yourselves are made up of mostly water structure. And your water structure resides in and around and through all of your organs and tissues and Vascular systems and structural skeletal systems. When you vibrate your water structure in your beingness inside you to a positive frequency, love, compassion, kindness, trueness, honesty and the like, you begin to change the frequency that you’re residing in to a higher vibration. When that happens there’s less strife for you. There’s less sickness for you. There’s less mental anguish for you. There’s less emotionality of intensity for you. We speak about this as something that is practiced over the duration of time.
Think about your enlightened Mystic Masters, or your holiest of holy deities that have spent their entire lives resting inside the blessing of vibration and how they feel so etheric, so effervescent, almost as if they’re floating as human beings through that Earth plane.
And you too can be in that space. You too can become that vibration of peaceful harmony that floats through the world, as you go from moment to moment. If you want to truly live that, if you want to truly become that, then you need to practice regularly. And, coming here to be with us listening to our talks and returning to our words and practicing the practices that we invite you to practice overtime, is one way.
You have beautiful music that your sound frequencies can align in your bodies as well. You have very ancient mystical sound frequency that you can recite from your mouth like chant or prayer or mantra. Seed syllables and certain words in certain orders can also begin to restructure the vibrational harmonization of your water inside you so that it begins to amp up its frequency and tune into the more pure vibrational frequencies that are accessible from there on the earth plane.
Those of you who have dedicated spiritual practices know what we’re talking about because you don’t feel like you are going back and forth between the dark and the light as volatile-ly as perhaps you once did. The intense pain of the world doesn’t make you come out of your centeredness. You observe the intense pain of the world, for there always is. You need the intense pain to understand the intense Joy. And it doesn’t shift you out of your joyfulness. It doesn’t shift you out of your Harmony and your bliss as intensely, or for some of you, at all.
What a gift you bring to yourselves to be able to practice that. What a gift you bring to your relationships with your colleagues and your families and your communities around you, when you can practice that. What a gift you bring yourselves when that happens and you link in these moments and it sends itself out like a global network of love.
You are helping to restore balance. You are helping to repair the rips in the fabric of the energetic frequency of the Earth plane when you do this. You are helping to bring that much more light, that much more openness, that much more positivity to the world when it suddenly gets stuck or shocked or surprised and the gears grind to a halt.
So, kudos to you and job well done.
We just want to also remind you that there is much goodness everywhere you look and there is much joy, even amongst hardship, even amongst sorrow and sadness and shock and grief. It’s up to you to cultivate your joyful lives and to seek out the joy in micro moments repeatedly because the micro moments of joy end up being the larger macro moments of your whole life.
So, your nature is a great example of one way that you can tune into joy. Your nature right now is blossoming. Your nature right now is calling to you. Your nature right now is seeking out your attention so that you can reverberate that pulsation that the Earth wants to give to you as solace. Tune into it.
You might notice animals in your day-to-day comings and goings in your lives. You might spend some time with trees. You might notice the sounds that the birds make as they flit to and fro in your community space. You might notice the colors and the smells of the earth as its springs itself awaken for many of your communities at this time of year. You might notice that the snow or the cold helps to blanket and soften things that are hardships.
Use the Earth as a tool for your wellness and your constant connection to your centeredness. The Earth’s vibration, nature, the structures that are repetitive in their spiraling frequencies throughout that Earth vibration are there for you all the time.
You live inside a technological and structural advanced entity through your buildings and your dwellings and your devices. But it’s also important for you to unplug that, not disappear from that, but unplug that every so often and tune in to, plug into nature.
When is the last time you can remember feeling the sun on your face? Breathing in the wind as it entered your nostrils? Feel the breeze as it shifted through your hair or across your arms? When is the last time you can remember your toes and the soles of your feet connecting with Earth, water, sand, dirt, grass, natural substances?
It’s very important for you to be able to recharge your physical batteries from the Earth’s vibrational frequencies that are trying to send their selves up into you to restore you. So, take advantage of that.
With that today, we will say thank you so much for being with us. It’s been a great pleasure and a great joy for us to expand upon this theme today. The central idea of loving kindness and connectedness and how easy it is for you to slip into this space, this almost alternate stream of consciousness that’s always available to you running through your frequencies.
Thank you for taking this time to be here to cultivate your strength to cultivate your wisdom, to cultivate your clarity. You are becoming more resilient as a species. You are becoming more resilient as a Humanity. You are becoming more resilient as Souls, living physical existence when you do these kinds of things for yourselves.
And it’s our great delight to be along for the ride. To watch you as you grow, to support you as you move forward on your evolutionary continuum’s of learning and life living. And we wish to say, thank you.
