Thanks Laura, that message is what i needed at this time as i have been drained by negativity all around me lately and my mental state has suffered as a result for not protecting myself from it and neglecting my reiki self healing, i lost myself for awhile, any help from you on getting myself on track would be greatly appreciated Laura.
