6 Weeks to Elite Launch Model:

This launch model will require you to block off daily time.
Below, I have assembled the content + action for you to take …

If you decide you want to work more than this on your business – go for it!
But make sure you set aside about 30-60 mins daily as a minimum.

Decide which days this month you are going to focus on this launch system.
Each day, there is approx 30 min of a daily mentor call recording to listen to + a daily launch video from me.

This period should take place right before a launch season where you teach a class each week for 6 weeks.

There are about 50 Daily Mentor Calls of audio content in total. If you were to listen to 2-3 calls a day, you’d get through all the content in just about 2-3 weeks. Go at your own pace with it all.

The Launch videos I share below are designed to supplement and clarify the Daily Mentor Calls. You can watch them independently or alongside the Daily Mentor Calls. You can register for the Daily Mentor Calls here or in the general wellness advocates tab on our main page.

It’s also a good idea to schedule regular check in’s with your mentor supporting you with this LAUNCH JOURNEY.

  1. BLOCK OFF YOUR DAILY ‘POWER HOUR’ IN YOUR CALENDAR:

    • You will want to block off at least 1hr each day in your calendar to focus on the work in this model

  2. DECIDE ON YOUR LAUNCH SEASON:

    • In this launch season, you will teach one class a week for 3 months and create a sustainable Elite rank or create big momentum regardless of what rank you are at. It’s wise to pick the same day/time each week.

    • Throughout these coming days, you are going to learn the most effective way to sample, invite, fill your class and enroll so that this launch season builds big momentum for you.

    • You will want to do this model in the month before you have your launch season or if you are going to do Diamond Club.

    • After your launch season, if you want to grow to Silver + beyond, you’ll guide at least 3 people to duplicate what you’ve just done.

    • Let’s look at the simple math:

      • Guide 3 people through a launch quarter & you’ll hit sustainable Silver (this will create 3 Elites under you)

      • Guide 9 people through a launch quarter & you’ll hit sustainable Platinum (you’ll partner to create 3 Silvers/9 Elites under you)

      • Guide 12 people through a launch quarter & you’ll hit sustainable Diamond (you’ll partner to create 4 Silvers/12 Elites under you)

  3. CREATE A LAUNCH BINDER:

    • Each day you are working on this model, you’ll want to have a notebook dedicated completely to your business. You will want to take lots of notes as you listen to these calls. Write down all your questions for your mentor sessions with your upline as you go through this process.

Launch Your Business

Before you ever start sharing oils with people as a business, you need to understand the foundation for how the business model works.

There is some prep work involved and the first step is taking part in a program called Six Weeks to Elite.

If you participate in this program before you launch, it will help to boost your momentum so you reach higher ranks faster. Without doing it this way, it could take you years to rank advance, instead of weeks or months.

Most of the top leaders (including myself and the other leaders on our team) in doTERRA did it this way and we teach our downlines to do the same! The Six Weeks to Elite program is offered via your upline right here on this page.

(Note: it’s also a good idea for you to take all the other trainings at some point because you are going to be offering them to your downline. They are: Oil Camp 1, Oil Camp 2, Oil Camp for Emotions, Business Basics, Train by Rank programs, all via Facebook private group trainings, along with any others your upline might include.)

6 WEEKS TO ELITE SCHEDULE OVERVIEW

Week 1: Sample and follow up

Week 2: Sample and follow up

Week 3: LAUNCH WEEK – hold four classes (Ideally, first week of the month and all held back to back over two or three days)

Week 4: Wellness Consults with new enrollees

Week 5: 2 Classes (booked from launch classes)

Week 6: 2 Classes (booked from launch classes)

GOAL OF ELITE

You can achieve the rank of ELITE in six weeks or less by having 35 people attend at least one of your four launch classes. All four launch classes are hosted in one week with the ultimate goal of achieving ELITE (3000 OV, overall volume, or more) at the end of your launch. Hold the classes back to back so you have momentum as the educator, and so that your upline can support you in teaching some of the classes. They should either come to you to live teach or in some cases, video conference teach with you. From these original four classes, you will be able to book additional classes from these classes and ideally, identify three or more business partners to launch during this event.

WHY ELITE?

ELITE is the foundation for ALL the other ranks, all the way up to Presidential Diamond. If you can achieve ELITE and teach others to do the same you will be able to achieve any level of rank in your doTERRA business.

If you create 3 Elites you are SILVER

Basic Tools You Need to Launch

Step One

In this video, I share the basic supplies and tools you want to have on hand as you begin your wellness advocate journey. Simple, inexpensive, easy to implement… all worth putting into place for success!

7 Traits of Sampling

Step Two

As you start out on your business journey, a key first step is to make a list of 100 people you know. Brainstorm as many as possible. It’s okay if you don’t reach exactly 100. It’s also okay to go over. (My original list was about 1k people (yes, one thousand!) from both my personal life and my business). Not all of these people are going to be interested in using the oils. There is a way to narrow your list down to sample the top qualifiers first, saving you time and energy in the long run. Watch this video to help you and then fill out the “make a list of 100 people” form, above. If you need help generating a list, or refreshing an old list, use this lead generation form to support you.

How To Sample

Step Three

Once you’ve determined the top priority people on your list to sample, there is a specific way to sample them! Follow these steps exactly and use THIS SCRIPTED LANUGAGE to-a-tee. Seriously. Memorize the script for what to say when you are sampling someone.

The samples you should have on hand are: lavender, peppermint, lemon, OnGuard, Breathe, DigestZen, melaleuca, frankincense and Deep Blue sample packets. You don’t need to know all the ways to use these oils! This is where a reference guide book, like The Essential Life, comes in handy. You can look up information in the reference guide and share that with people. It takes the stress off of you having to be an “expert” and teaches them that they can look things up for themselves. You can also use or give out the information in this 150 Uses for the Family Essentials Kit download. After you’ve sampled someone, it might be time to invite them to a class. Use this Sampling Flowchart to determine the correct path to take.

Lisa Zimmer is a Blue Diamond with doTERRA. She’s very generous with her information and often holds month long classes that walk you step by step through what to do EACH DAY of the month! This is something for more advanced wellness advocates to do, don’t worry about this if you are just starting out! In this video, she shares how to sample people the LifeLong Vitality supplements. Be sure to save your LLV bottles and original packaging to give samples to people!

How to Teach an Intro to Essential Oils Class

Step Four

In this video you will learn how to properly and effectively teach a class. It’s so simple, no fancy set up, no extra food, just the teaching basics. You don’t want to overwhelm people. Keep it simple. You also want to make this process duplicatable, so your downline can envision themselves doing the same things, in the same way! There is no need to jump through hoops here. The products sell themselves! Be sure to always have the most up to date enrollment kits info on hand (this can be found on doTERRA’s website)!

Use the Natural Solutions Guide to teach your classes!

ATTENDANCE RATES TO YOUR CLASSES INCREASE FROM 30% TO 80% WHEN:

  • People have had a positive experience with the oils prior to attending.
  • They receive a reminder phone CALL 48 hours before the event.
  • They receive a reminder TEXT 2 hours before the event saying, “I’m so excited to see you. I have a surprise for you.” The surprise can be anything! Lavender lemonade (1 drop of lavender in a quart of lemonade), essential oils in sparkling water, a Deep Blue sample packet, ect. The surprise should be very simple and inexpensive.

How to Teach a Business Class

Step Five

After you’ve taught the 30 minute intro class for essential oils and you’ve enrolled people with kits, you want to offer the business basics in a 20 minute overview. This class helps find your future downline business builders! It is CRUCIAL that you teach this class right after the intro to essential oils class. If you don’t do this step, it will be 100 times harder to find builders! And, be sure to use the last page of the Share Guide or the Build Guide as your visual reference during this class. Teaching outline: 1. Pipeline Story (second video) 2. Five ways to make money in the company (only talk about 2 main) 3. Inspiring story – give ’em all you got here!

Wellness Consult Follow Up

Step Six

Now that you’ve held a class and enrolled people with kits, you need to teach them how to use the materials in the kit when it arrives. You will schedule a wellness consult after their kit comes in. You can do this in person if you live or work close by, or you can do it over a video conference call. Use this Wellness Consult Form to help you during the session. Additionally, it’s a good idea to email this Live Guide to the person after your wellness consult session. Again, you don’t need to be an expert in how to use the oils! Bring your reference guide to the session, or better yet, bring two so you and your new enrollee can be looking up information together. Share personal stories and examples of how you’ve used the oils in your life, or examples of how others have used them. Reference the 150 Uses for the Home Essentials Kit (linked above) as well.

Retention After Enrollment

Step Seven

After people have been sampled, attended a class, enrolled with a kit and been taught how to use the items during their wellness consult, you need to help them put items on their LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program) for automatic monthly shipment. The first video here gives you a technical overview of how the LRP works. The second video is a tutorial I’m sharing with you from my training in Prague. Be sure to include the bonus tip at the end when you talk about LRP!

Continuing Education

Step Eight

Continuing education helps people get the most out of their enrollment membership and it supports a healthy retention rate. Continuing education includes adding them to an already existing Facebook private group or page dedicated to essential oil education, connecting them to the monthly Empowered Life webinar series produced by doTERRA, sharing a drip email series, information that highlights the top 10 oils, and local continuing education events if available. (These events can be live or web-based. You can even record the live events and send them out as a video series for continuing education!) The possibilities for how you produce your continuing education and what content you cover is endless! But, don’t reinvent the wheel – check with your upline to see if someone is already offering something in your wider team membership.

Weekly Schedule

This is a sample of what your week could look like. Everyone’s lives are busy and you might say, “I can’t time block that same way.” I get it. The point is, make your work work for you. Be efficient. Time block to the best of your abilities. The more organized and structured you can be, the more successful you will be! (C&F = Calls & Follow Up) (BBT = Business Builder Training)

Placements

Once you are ready to start enrolling people it’s a good idea to understand how to place them effectively in your organization. It will seem foreign at first to most of you because you don’t have many people to enroll and place yet. It’s OKAY!

It’s STILL a good idea to learn the basics of this placement structure so you know what to do for the long term, whether you have five enrolled people or 500! You don’t need to commit this to memory, just come back to watch it as needed. And as always, ask your upline (wellness advocate who enrolled you), or anyone above them, for help!

Here’s what you need to say and do when someone tells you the essential oils you’ve sampled them with don’t work. It happens all the time and it is a very common experience that is natural and can be supported!

TIP: Your Why

To be successful in anything in life, you need to understand your goals. Planning backwards is often helpful. In this exercise, we think about why we are wellness advocates. We think about our larger life goals and how being a wellness advocate can help us get there. This is a very important step to take. Often it makes the difference between leaders who go far in the company and people who wish they could.

TIP: Energy Profiling

To be an effective leader in this business, you need to know your energy type. Not your personality type, but your energy type. This determines how you work best to be most productive. It will also help you determine what the energy types of all your downline leaders are as well. From there you can build proper mentorship and support for each individual person.
