All right. So, I’m going to get started.
My name is Laura West, and I am here today with you, in my one of my official title capacities. I am a Reiki master teacher. I’ve been trained in three, lineages and practicing for over a decade. I’m an herbalist. And I’m a Natural Wellness, Wellness expert. And I’m also a psychic medium and a channel for the Divine.
And I, I come here to share my channeled messages from the Council of Light. The Council of Light are a group of Divine Light beings. For those of you who are new to this channeled message session with us, welcome! The Council of Light are a group of Divine Light beings who’ve come here through my voice box for well over a decade to share information with the World At Large. They are from Source, they are from love, they are from angelic I don’t know what you want to call it. There just “from” and they come through me to give advice to all of us here on our Earthly Journeys.
So little bit of knowing about what’s going to happen, I close my eyes so that I can feel their vibration more lovely in me. And I can’t see you all on This the screen while that’s happening. I invite you to also settle in and close your eyes. You might want to lie down, you might want to put on headphones. Some people like to journal. I know some of you take notes during this time, so you might want to grab yourself a notebook and a pen to do some writing if they say anything that really resonates with you. And please don’t do anything like operating heavy machinery or driving a car during this time because they do have a lovely meditative and spiritual aspect to the words that they share and it’s quite moving energetically. And we wouldn’t want anybody to be in a compromised situation. So, if that is the case for you, I invite you to just come back another time. I do this monthly at the start of every month. And I’m always here live in our community and I love it.
All right, folks, you ready to get started? I know, I am. I’m so excited. I’ve been looking forward to this. Okey-dokey artichoke. Here we go.
Council of Light:
Greetings, greetings to you all, there on the Earth plane. You bright, blessed beings that are full of good cheer. We are glad to see you once again for we are the Council of Light and we are always here to bring you golden blankets of light ever so tight wrapped through and in and around your lives. So that you can come into a state of Harmony and clarity and nourishment every day all the time.
We speak to you regularly and we counsel you on the wise ways of being centered in your own beingness-es. And we have done this through this voice box of this woman for quite some time now and we find the partnership between us in Source and her in human form to be quite agreeable and it always brings us amusement when we come to speak with you and we listen to what she has to say as her little preamble. She’s always full of bright effervescent enjoy.
And that is so pleasing to us. For you see, when we look down upon the Earth plane from our space of All, of Source, of Angelic realm, of God, entity, whatever you like to think of it as, originality, the point of nothing openness in a Zen Buddhist way, however you all like to describe that space of sacredness that is outside you and all around you. We come from there.
And when we look at you all on the Earth plane, we seen that there are very frequently times hen humans are not bright. You are not sparkly. You are not bubbly. You are not full of your effervescent Divine energy that is your Birthright.
Most of the time for most human beings, we see that you are stressed. You are tired. You are distracted. You are worn out and run down. You are weary. You are angry. You are not connected. You are not centered, and you are not tuned into your originality.
And it is nice when we do get to experience those of you who are those things such as the voice box of the woman that we are coming through today.
And now we would like to give you some Council about how you can remain in your centeredness, how you can be in your happiness, how you can feel that effervescence, that harmony, that light, that purity, that Joy that runs itself like a current through all of your lives. Because that is your Divine space that you are allowed to live in at all times.
And we’re not talking about the times when you wake up in the morning and you just feel a little groggy and you need a second cup of coffee. We’re talking about those periods of your life for days, weeks, months, years, at a time, when you are constantly angry or you are depressed and you don’t know why or you are stuck in your state of trauma or anxiety or fear. And you cannot move beyond that into a space of equanimity, peacefulness, centeredness, joyfulness. You see the difference that we’re talking about.
So, the first thing that you must remember about yourselves is that you create the reality that you live in. When you think you live a good life, you do so. When you think you live a stressed life, it is stressful. When you think you live a life full of strife, it is full of strife. You can be surrounded by stress and think you live a good life and you do live a good life because your thoughts say you do. You can be surrounded by depression, or anxiety, or chaos.
Many of you know chaos outside yourselves. It is the flustered colleagues. It is the overwhelmed workers. It is the incompetent person who’s in your way, driving while you need to get from point A to point B. And the like.
You can be surrounded by that and you don’t have to live in that. You can notice that and you can say to yourself, I live in a centered space. I live in harmony with my mind. I live in a state of grace and I am noticing when there is a juxtaposition coming into my field of awareness outside myself.
There is a vast difference there between that and what we hear, sense, see, feel and know that most humans do. Most humans are like radio signals. You pick up the frequency of those around you and you take it on and you morph it as your own.
For example, if you have a very interestingly firm personality in the workplace, that is overbearing and angry and domineering, the people around that personality start to adopt those same kinds of sentiments. They start to gripe as much as that person gripes. They start to quip as much as that person quips. They start to take on the same complaints about the way the systems work of that place that that person says. And it is very easy for them to fall into a space of lower frequency vibration that matches that dominating personalities vibration. And pretty soon, before you know it, you’ve got 10 or 15 or 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 colleagues all with a disgruntled mindset and attitude.
Be careful.
Guard your joy. Guard your Harmony. Guard your precious happiness, as if your life depends on it.
For it does.
Your medical field has correlated discovery after discovery after discovery into the fact that when you are of ill temperament, you are of ill-health. And you experience lots of physical, mental, and emotional stressors.
When you are of calmness of mind, when you are of happiness of heart, you experience less mental, physical and emotional stressors, that cause less strife and less medical attention, and less internalization of information.
And you don’t have to navigate through denseness, through heaviness, through darkness, through the what we call “pea soup” of that world writ large. Always find time to do stuff like this. Here and now in this space, in this way. Find time to give yourself relaxation. Find time to give your mental space a moment to inhale and exhale. Find time to pause, to relax and to calm yourself, so that you are nourished in your mind, in your heart and in your physicality.
When you do this regularly, in whatever ways you do it, you can pray, you can meditate, you can walk, you can practice yoga, you can run, you can sit in silence, you can breathe rhythmically, it does not matter what you do and how you do it. But when you find the time to do it on a regular basis, what you are actually doing is cultivating your energetic, emotional, psychic, Spiritual muscles of joy. And joy is your right. Joy is your vibration that you are allowed to be. Joy is your frequency of authenticity.
It’s very simple. We know the words we say are not profound and yet we see that most of humanity needs these reminders very frequently. And we don’t say these things to chastise you. We are not criticizing you. We are not angry with you. We do not judge you.
We see that being human is complex. And there are a lot of stimuli that are pulling your attentions in many different directions. The average human who is alive now in this moment in time makes 50,000 million more decisions a second than the average human who was alive 100 years ago each moment in time. There’s just so much more stimuli that you are surrounded by on that Earth plane. You, of course, are plugged into technology which has globalized your realm.
You all live in different places all over that Earth plane, from continent to continent. And you are connected. You can buy things from each other and it takes mere days to get to each other. You can turn on a social media feed or the news or the radio. And you can hear what’s happening in other places in the world that a hundred years ago did not- the technology did not exist. And so you had less things coming into your input streams clogging your channels. Providing you with so much stimuli that now, the average young human expects information to come in three second chunks, and they can determine after one second, whether the three second chunk is wet valuable to watch or not. Swipe, swipe, swipe, swipe. Your brains have become like a computers running metadata in the background. Yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no.
And so of course, of course, we in this Sacred Space of All that is of Source of calm and peacefulness, are noticing that for you. And we remind you that while you are in that human existence in that human life, it is important for you to remember to cultivate moments where you can take a pause. Moments when you can authentically nourish your body, your mind, and your soul.
And we give you these suggestions in this way here and now today. It’s also a really important for you to think about what you are navigating as your sound current.
There are three sound currents that are around you at all times.
The first sound current is the one that is external to you. And it is in your outer field, the media, you consume, the images you watch, the song lyrics you listen to, the audiobook content that you are absorbing through your ears or the book content that you are reading through your eyes.
The second sound current is more close to you vibrationally, but it is still external. It is the sound current of those around you. The ones that you know. What is the sound current of your social scene? What is the sound current of your work place? What is the sound current of your family? Are they negative? Are they grumpy? Are they loving and kind and compassionate and happy?
And the third sound current that is always running through you is internalised. You think thoughts about yourself. You believe things to be true in your mind about yourself that you don’t even recognize you are thinking.
It takes work to notice the sound currents that are running through your lives. It takes work to notice when you have a limiting belief about yourself. “I can’t. I’m not good enough. I’ve never been able to. I don’t want to try. When I was little they said no so now I don’t.”, etc, etc, etc.
You’ve adopted those kinds of sound currents that are heavy and weighted down and you use them as your truth when they are not yours to use. They are just moments in time that were reflections that were given to you from outside stimuli that were unknown.
Perhaps when you were six, you could not learn how to ride a two-wheel bike. And so you said to yourself, “I’m clumsy.” And now, as you are 26 or 36 or 46, you still say “I’m clumsy” and it has come from that original source trauma, tiny micro moment of not being able to master riding the bike on the first try when you were so young and your body was navigating a new form of movement.
Cultivate your thoughts in your sound current very carefully. We invite you over the next several days, after listening to what we have said here today, to begin to self-monitor. It’s easy to understand that you can turn off the news if it’s negative, or switch the song on the radio if it is aggressive, or it has lyrics of somebody who is mopey or sad or angry. And it is very easy for you to begin to notice the Mantra of the workplace attitude. Is it a healthy, happy place to work? Do most people feel professionally aligned and joyfully employed and do they say hi in the hallways with smiles or not?
But what we want you to do is begin to notice what you’ve always said to yourself in times of self critique about things you can and cannot do. And when you find yourself noticing things that are of lack, things that are of limitation, things that are of a negativity in nature Source, about yourself, begin to see where you can flip the script. Begin to see where you can say, “I used to believe I was clumsy and now I look forward to practicing walking gracefully. And now I don’t have to adopt that wounded child energy from when I was six. I can stand in my grown-up physicality that has had 30 or 40 years of practice since I was six to navigate this world with ease and poise. grace.”
And you can begin to write these things down. You can begin to say these things out loud. You can begin to think these things with, not only your thought forms, but your heart thought as well.
You know when you feel good about yourself. You understand when you’ve mastered a craft. Say you are a numbers expert and you’re really good at calculating big sums in your head and your friends and family and colleagues are amazed that you can do that.
You understand the technical competency up here in your thought forms. And you also feel the competency and the succinct-ness and clarity in your heart forms.
So, all of this internalized sound current that we are talking about to you today, as you notice the places, you can begin to flip your script, or let go of predetermined falsehoods that you once held about yourself that not necessarily are true now. You can flip it into a more spacious place of loving kindness that makes you feel good. In here as well as in here. And as you begin to link these two spots, your mind forms and your heart forms, your thought patterns begin to interweave and connect through yourself building an ever more clear Universal bond that is strengthened.
And what that begins to do is change the vibration of you. We’ve talked about this with you before. You have a vibration that is like an imprint, a calling card. It is not seen with the naked eye by most human beings. It is often felt and subconsciously noticed by everyone around you.
You know that when you walk into a room you can feel when two people have just had an argument and it feels uncomfortable, intense. And you need to either back away or sit tentatively. And you know when you walk into a store and the clerk is just jovial and they haven’t even said anything yet to you. But you feel happy paying for whatever it is you’re paying for and they are a delight to interact with for five seconds.
This is what we talk about when we talk about your vibrational frequency when do you begin to change your internalized sound current about who you are, and what you do, and what you believe yourself to be. It changes the structure of your vibrational frequency so that it is more robust. It’s more clear. It’s more cleansed. It’s more full. It’s more bright. And those around you are attracted to that like moths to a flame at night.
They want that for themselves and so they want to be around that which they are not feeling themselves. And you will become a subconscious inspiration to others. But you must cultivate this. You must practice this. And you must work on this repeatedly, day in and day out, over and through all the different avenues of your life, through all the seasons of the year. Year after year, until you are ready to expire from this Earth plane. Whenever that may be for you. And you are ready to move into your soul form.
It is practice that must be refreshed and remembered and refocused on and re-cultivated all the time.
We also suggest that you do what you’re doing now. You begin to listen to the sound current and the frequencies of those around you that you wish to become. These words that we are speaking through the voice box of this woman, may be inspiring to some of you.
And so we asked you to find and seek out the people in the world that are writing about this. Not just this particular topic, but the topics of positive interest to you. Maybe they are also providing television programming. Maybe they are also producing podcasts. Maybe they are also writing books. Maybe it’s important to begin to revisit and re-listen, over and over and over to the things that bring you the joy. Not just once and say, “oh that was nice” but repeatedly. Joy. Everyday. Joy. All the time.
And we don’t mean that you have to always be on the go, always doing fabulous things, always seeking the next adventure. Your joy can simply be sitting on the couch after a successful and robust busy day that full of productivity and you can take some time to massage your hand, or have a cup of tea.
Your joy doesn’t always have to be that you’re hopping on the next plane, train, or automobile to go to the next most fabulous destination. Or your joy does not have to be that you buy the next new spangled, shiny object, or piece of clothing, or jewelry, or facial adornment product.
Your joy can simply be holding onto a sacred moment with your own self. When you can feel comfortable, when you can feel centered, when you can feel content in your own beingness with your own beingness about the way that you navigate the world. Yes, it will have speed bumps. Yes, it will have hiccups. We are not suggesting that you be perfect all the time, there is no such thing.
But when you can really, authentically be in a space of right- relationship with your own sound current and your own thought forms about yourself and your own productivity practices that you create every day when you get out of your bed, then you have mastered one of the greatest keys of all time that humans have paid millions of dollars to try and figure out how to master. They have read all the self help books, and they have consumed all the apoptogenic materials into their bodies to help them calm down, and they have gone to all the seminars, and they listened to all the gurus, and they have practiced all movement practices that there are to practice. And some of them just keep seeking, and searching, and yearning and looking, and growing into a space of ever more openness as they try and find the answer to who they are.
And if you have mastered by recognizing your own sound current that you have a joyful place in this place called Earth, and you have a joyful, loving kind, light-hearted attitude that brings you along from moment to moment, whether each moment is hard, or scary, or interrupting, or calm, it doesn’t matter. You bring that to whatever is coming into your awareness. You will have a robust full and very well contented life.
So, dear, sweet humanness. You souls encapsulated in those human body forms there on that Earth plane. We are so grateful to spend this time with you and to share this information with you.
It is nice to mark this moment and say great job. You’ve come into a space of alignment and a Harmony for yourself in just this one moment of your busy lives. And isn’t it nice to have it be a touchstone and a remembrance for you?
We feel the vibrational frequency has become more aligned. As we have been speaking, you have been raising yourselves into the vibration of clarity, and joyfulness. You have attained and striven. You have driven yourself upward with your vibrational frequencies into a more pure harmonic state of being. Just by listening to these words. You didn’t have to do anything. You didn’t have to go anywhere. You just listened. And it became your reality. And some of you adopted it in completely and said, “Yes, siree, that is me. I am striving to be the best. I can be. I am striving to be full of joy in more moments than not in my life.”
Job well done. We are the Council of Light. And we are so thankful that we were able to be with you today in this capacity, through the voice box of this woman here, who has let us so graciously come into her field and cast ourselves through her. She never even questioned when we came all those years ago, and started speaking through her, and we much appreciate the relationship that we have with her now.
We are the Council of Light. We wrap you in a golden blanket of light to sustain you, and nourish you, and keep you ever so tight. And we will look forward to speaking to you again when we are to see you next in your one month’s time. Namaste. Goodbye. And adieu for now.
