While Shoden (Level One) focuses on the physical self, Okuden—meaning “Inner” or “Hidden” teachings—is an invitation to go inward. This level is designed for those ready to transition from a foundational understanding to a masterful, intuitive relationship with the system of Reiki.
Held in a sacred field informed by my fifteen years of master-level stewardship, this class bridges the gap between traditional Japanese roots and modern energetic integration.

Prerequisites for Level Two: Completion of Shoden (Level One) is required. This class is designed for practitioners ready to advance from the physical foundations into the deeper, “inner” mental and emotional teachings of the system.

Preparation & Environment: For our Cambridge Studio sessions, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to ground yourself before we begin. Wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring a notebook; all professional manuals and clinical materials are provided.

Nourishment & Hydration: To support the energetic shifts of the day, please bring a covered water bottle. For our midday break, you may visit local Cambridge eateries or bring your own meal to be stored in your personal container.

The Virtual Learning Sanctuary: Our online Okuden training is hosted via high-definition, pre-recorded video within my private Teachable school. This on-demand format allows you to move through the sacred symbols and “inner” teachings at your own pace. Note: All live class students are automatically granted lifetime access to this digital portal for continued integration and review.

The Mastery Refresher: If you have previously studied Okuden with me and wish to deepen your integration, you are invited to resit the class at a reduced rate. This allows for continued refinement of your symbols and techniques.
